Roof cleaning and replacement guttering. The cite visit from initial phone enquiry, only took a few days. I requested a quote for roof cleaning and some replacement guttering. Andrew gave me a verbal quote after viewing building, followed up in writing a few days later. A date to start works was arranged, and his workmen arrived as arranged and expected. The works took a couple of days and property was left in a clean and tidy state, with all old guttering removed. The transaction throughout was friendly and professional. Having used HydroGuard Roofing & Building LTD before I had no hesitation in asking them to repoint the wet verge down the end edge of the roof from top to bottom due to cracking over time and cleaning the gutters inside and out also fascia’s and soffits.I would like to thank Andrew for making sure that the work was completed satisfactory and the property was left clean of any debris. After foolishly getting our roof cleaned by a cold call company, we were devastated the roof looked a shambles! I called Hydroguard for help and advice. Andrew came and assessed the roof, he was very helpful and sympathetic he advised that all the tiles should be re-coated, and a few replaced also some lead flashing and pointing was advisable to correct our problems. We agreed his estimate which we thought was very reasonable! The two roofers that carried out the work were so very professional and tidy! The roof looks fantastic and like new again.
