New Slate Roof in Bexhill-on-Sea
- Location: Bexhill-on-Sea
- Project: New Slate Roof
- Duration: 6 Days
At Hydroguard Roofing, we recently replaced an ageing tiled roof on a property in Bexhill-on-Sea, giving it a smart new slate finish.
From an Old Tiled Roof to a Fresh Slate Finish
The original roof was covered in weathered red tiles. As the work progressed, our team stripped back the old covering, exposing the roof structure and insulation beneath. The before and during photos show the scale of the replacement and the transformation from the previous tiled roof.
We then installed the new grey slate roof, finishing the ridge and working carefully around the chimney and roof penetrations. The neat rows of slates give the property a clean, consistent appearance while providing a protective covering for the years ahead.
The Finished Roof
The contrast is striking: the old red tiles have been replaced with a crisp grey roof that refreshes the look of the property. The completed roof is a great example of how a full replacement can improve both the appearance and protection of a home.
